This Car Hire Purchase Agreement applies when one party intends to sell a car (“Vendor”) to another party who intends to buy (“Hirer”) with the understanding that the Hirer will pay for the car in instalments.
It is a document that sets out the terms and conditions upon which the Vendor wishes to sell a car to the Hirer.
This Agreement may be modified as necessary.
