This Code is applicable to all Company suppliers (hereinafter “Supplier” or “Suppliers”) and their employees (be they temporary, casual or permanent) and sub-contractors throughout the world. The Company requires all Suppliers to conduct their business dealings with it in compliance with this Code and in compliance with all laws applicable to the Suppliers’ business, wherever conducted. The Supplier shall ensure that this Code is communicated to their employees, parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities as well as any subcontractors.
