A deed of settlement and release is an Agreement between parties stipulating that the debtor shall settle the outstanding debt in the manner set out in the agreement.

This deed is the full and final settlement of what is owed. It constitutes full discharge and termination of all liabilities between parties.  This document is drafted in favour of the debtor.
