A Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal instrument by which the donor (a Company) of power, appoints a donee/attorney to be its true and lawful attorney with full power and authority for and in the name and on behalf of the Company to do and execute all or any of the things that the Company could do.

This POA has been drafted to cater to situations where the donee/attorney will not be required to execute a deed in favour of a third party on behalf of the Company.
