A Power of Attorney is an instrument of delegation used to appoint a party (donee) and grant such party the authority to do such acts as may be stipulated in the instrument.  It may be general or limited.

This  POA is of a general nature and is applicable where a company intends to appoint an attorney to execute various deeds on the company’s behalf.
