This Research and Development Agreement is between an institution/school whether private or public and a company in respect of conducting research in certain areas of the life sciences and undertaking development of certain products.

The purpose of the Research and Development Agreement is to set out the terms of the engagement of the University, including the scope of work, the manpower requirements and the finances for the engagement.
