A Trust Deed is a document through which a Trustee declares the terms and conditions upon which it would hold the Trust Property, any outgoings and interests relating to the Trust for the Beneficial Owner.
Subject to the interest of the Beneficial Owner, the Trust Deed contains clauses that allow the Trustee to deal with the Trust Property in such manner as the Beneficial Owner shall from time to time direct.
