Joshua is the Firm’s Managing Partner and the head of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice. He obtained an LL.B. from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He obtained his (Master of Laws) LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley, United States of America with specialization in Business Law and Technology Law. Joshua is a recipient of UC Berkeley’s African Legal Impact Award 2020.
Prior to becoming the Managing Partner of CM Advocates Nigeria, he was a Senior Counsel at Aluko & Oyebode, where he garnered cutting-edge legal experience as he has been exposed to countless significant international and local transactions and instructions for over a decade.
He has considerable advisory and dispute resolution experience in commercial law practice. Joshua has successfully represented high ranking multinationals, international and local organizations in countless complex commercial disputes.
